Key transactions for DEWB included, amongst others, the sale of 4D-Vision, the acquisition and subsequent full takeover of KSW, acquisition and sale of the investment company optic ag from Switzerland, as well as the investment of Munich Biotech AG into MediGene AG.After gaining his degree in law, Falk Nuber began his career with the Treuhandanstalt where he acquired his initial experience in corporate transactions.
