Based in Washington, he led a department of 70 professionals worldwide, managing human resource strategy, budget and operations.A native of Argentina, Mr. Altschul holds a B.S. in International Business Diplomacy and a Master of Science in International Economics, both from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service, where he graduated summa cum laude as the Elsworth Bunker Fellow in Diplomacy.
