In the two roles - she combines her knowledge in finance (started her career in Investment Banking), with her passions for technology (established the Japan branch of drone startup) and socialimpact. Eriko started her career in Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley with a dream to subsequently enter the World Bank. However, with an interest in the impact technologies have, Eriko went on to establish the Japan office of a Silicon Valley drone startup. Eriko is also a mother of two children and author of “How we live, will be how we work.” (Daiwashobo, 2018) a guide for empowered women and men who want to create the future of work, and hence a better future.
