She beganher career in Softline as a Director for Institutional Investor Relations, and then founded the Softline Venture Partners Fund. The Fund amount is over 20 million USD, and its portfolio has over 15 projects. The Fund invests in Cloud&SaaS, digital marketing, enterprise software, information security and e-commerce. Elena also runs the joint fund of Softline and the RVC seed fund that makes seed investments into technology projects. Elena not only runs these funds, but also devotes much time to social projects. In 2013, Elena has received the prestigious Venture Award 2013 in the category Venture Lady of the Year.
