In addition, Liddy formerly served on the Board of The Boeing Company from 2007 to 2008.As the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Allstate Corporation and American International Group, Inc., Liddy brings valuable insights from the perspective of the insurance industry into Abbott’s pharmaceutical and medical device businesses. As a partner of Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, LLC, Liddy gained significant knowledge and understanding of finance and capital markets matters, as well as global and domestic strategic advisory experience.
