Before that, Ed was Executive Vice President of Mobil Tyco Solar Energy Corporation. Until 1974, Ed held a number of positions at Tyco, a company he co-founded, including board member, Chief Technical Officer, President and Chief Operating Officer. Today, Tyco International (NYSE: TYCO) has a market capitalization of $24B.
