Doreen's later positions at Bell Atlantic included Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Bell Atlantic-New Jersey in 1993, Vice President of Finance and Controller in 1995, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Telecom/Network in 1997 and Vice President and Controller in 1999. Doreen is also a Member of the Board of Directors of ARRIS Group Inc., Verizon Media and Kate Spade & Company. Doreen earned her MBA in Finance and Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University and her B.A. degree in Political Science from Rosemont College.
