Morgan. He originated and led execution of numerous IPOs，follow-on equity offerings, debt offerings and M&A transactions totaling tens of billions of US dollars in mainland China, Hong Kong and U.S. capital markets.Dr. Ma is experienced not only in capital market and M&A transactions and investment banking management, but also in the investment and investment management areas in China.Dr. Ma holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Northwestern University, IL, USA in 1999, and a BA in Economics from Beijing University, China in 1991.
