Dmitry Shaposhnikov is an expert in the field of project management, innovation and search of new engineering decisions.Since 2008 Dmitry has been conducting expert judgement in the fields of oil recovery, crude oil refining, petrochemicals and chemical engineering. From 2008 till 2011 he created and managed the system of innovative infrastructuregovernance of Kazan ( Volga region) Federal University. He also coordinated attracting investment of more that 2 billion roubles for scientific and innovation KFU projects and 35 small innovative enterprises. He is a former deputy manager of the Advanced Development Department at Investment and Venture Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan. And he took part in realization of republic program of innovative project commercialization “Assistance”, annual contests “ Fifty best innovation ideas for the Republic of Tatarstan” and “Idea-1000”. They all represent key programs aimed at development of technology entrepreneurship. Between 2013 and 2016 he was Advisor to Rector for cooperation with large companies and public corporations. He has organized effective collaboration with world leaders in radio electronics, global logistics, business informatics, IoT and petrochemicals
