Debby also held key technical positions at Metaphor Computer Systems, Logitech and Bell Laboratories.Along with her role at Icon, Debby takes on consulting assignments for a variety of well-regarded venture-backed companies, often serving as interim VP of Engineering until a replacement can be found with her help. In her consulting roles, she works with technical teams on all aspects of the challenges of an engineering organization including process, quality assurance, scaling, management and recruiting.Debby’s past clients include Good Technology (Motorola), NearbyNow, OpenTable (OPEN), Proofpoint (PFPT), Scribd, Socialtext and Voltage Security. She also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Computer History Museum.Debby earned a Master of Science degree in computer science from Stanford University. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in computer science and mathematics from the University of Michigan.
