In 2014, he spearheaded on behalf of the co-founders the eventual sale of LDM Group to Lee Equity Partners of New York, NY.Prior to forming the LDM Group, David was at Catalina Marketing for four years where he first led corporate acquisition and venturing initiatives and later built Catalina Health Resource’s direct-to-patient business entry in the ambulatory and acute care settings. Prior to Catalina, he served as a strategy consultant for The Wilkerson Group working with pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology companies on product market entry, M&A, and business strategy. He also has worked in marketing for Guidant Corporation and started in financial planning for health systems and insurers.David earned his BA in economics from Carleton College and MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.
