This work on imaging standards enabled the widespread adoption of digital radiology and PACS (Picture Archiving and Communications Systems). Recently he was a founder and CEO of KDH Systems. KDH's products are designed to address one of the most critical problems of clinical research and new drug development: delays and failures of research studies due to inadequate patient enrollment. Their product, PatientLocate, finds patients for clinical trials at the point-of-care by matching near-real-time patient data with the specific inclusion and exclusion criteria of clinical trials and studies.He earned his BSEE from the University of California, Berkeley in 1967.
