Mr. Cyr holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and is a member of the Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec. Mr. Cyr currently serves as director on the board of Zone 3, Ecomedia Advertizing, Metafoam Technologies, Microsigns Technologies, and Woozworld. He has served as director of a number of public and private corporations of the Telesystem group, mostly in the ICT sector, including TIW and Microcell Telecommunications.
