Prior to The Yield Lab, Claire was an entrepreneur as one of the founding partners of ActSocial (formerly Wildfire) which was acquired by Linkfluence in Nov 2015, and by Meltwater in 2021. Claire was responsible for ActSocial’s near- and long-term business, and sales go-to-market strategies which transformed the company from a word-of-mouth marketing company to a data, machine learning analytics, technology enabled SaaS Social Insight and Influencer Activation leader across China and the Asia Pacific region. During Claire’s 30 years she has held leadership positions in multiple global Fortune 500 technology companies including Acxiom, SAP, IBM and EDS (HP). At Acxiom Claire was the Vice President of Asia Pacific where she led Asia Pacific for this global Big Data, Consumer Insights, Business Intelligence and Analytics company, achieving 30% year on year revenue growth while performing regional expansion. At SAP, as part of the Asia Pacific Leadership team, Claire was the VP of Alliance and Partner for Asia Pacific achieving sales in excess of €220m, and growing SAP Asia Pacific’s Partner ecosystem to over 500 partners across the Asia Pacific region.
