In pursuant to the approval by CSRC,GoldStone Investment was among the first to conduct the pilot operation of direct equity investment.GoldStone Investment completed a total investment of over RMB 3.84 billion in 2010; 56 investment deals were closed in the year, including 7 deals with successful IPO.The Beijing Agricultural Industry Investment Fund managed by GoldStone Investment achieved remarkable progress in 2010 by completing an investment of RMB 200 million, which accounted for 20% of the total size of the fund. A new proceeds of RMB 2 million was also raised in the year.In 2010, GoldStone Investment was granted the award of ¡°Investment Institution Excellence¡± which was jointly sponsored by Shanghai Securities News and elected by a number of financial institutions and media.
