It is now a subsidiary of Natixis, Groupe BPCE. Since 1988, Christian Louis-Victor has been President of the Union des Maisons Françaises, the main professional organization bringing together homebuilders in Metropolitan France and DOM. He is also Chairman of the ESPI Group (Ecole Supérieure des Professions Immobilières) and is an independent director of companies listed in Paris, as well as several industrial companies belonging to the Amiquar - Financière Quarré group. Christian Louis-Victor holds a DES in civil engineering.
