Charlene is also a Member of the Board of Directors and Member of the Audit and Nomination and Governance Committees of WPP plc (NASDAQ: WPPGY), a provider of marketing communications services globally. Charlene was was a Member of the Board of Directors of Morpho Detection, Inc. and GE Fanuc JV.Charlene also serves on the board of the National Association of Manufacturers and the Business Advisory Council at the University of Vermont.Charlene was recognized as a Young Global leader on the World Economic Forum and Fortune's "Most Powerful Women in Business." Charlene graduated magna cum laude from the University of Vermont in 1988 with a B.S. Degree in Business Administration.
