He is currently chairman of the board of Pharmacell BV and member of the board of Kriya Materials, Basic Pharma and Isobionics. Before his involvement in venture capital Casper held various positions in international BtB marketing, sales and new business development. He studied Business Economics at Tilburg University (Netherlands) and Indiana University (Bloomington, USA).
