Caritta is currently Included VC cohort member (class '23), a "unique fast-track MBA for venture capital" for extraordinary leaders. Caritta also serves as a One Young World ambassador and a delegate speaker on education and her expertise lies in entrepreneurship, public speaking, sustainability and education.Caritta is passionate about technology and sustainable development and an invited speaker to leading tech events such as WTO Public Annual Forum, ChangeNOW and Arctic15. Caritta is also a TEDx speaker and mentor and advisor to aspiring entrepreneurs and students. She was the co-organiser of the first Women in Tech Forum in Lima and has been featured by Forbes, Financial Times and Huffington Post.
