Mr. Sivak served as Maryland Chief Innovation Officer. Mr. Sivak helped create the state's health information exchanges to connect various electronic health record (EHR) platforms. Mr. Sivak also served on issues such as public safety, broadband access and getting citizens involved with social media, according to Government Health IT. In addition, Mr. Sivak helped set up a health insurance exchange (HIXs) to allow citizens to shop for health plans. He serves as a Member of Board of Advisors at Hometeam Care, Inc. Mr. Sivak holds BS in Computer Science from University of Chicago.
