We meet quarterly with our 40 individual investors, who play a supporting role insourcing and evaluating investments for the fund and most importantly in adding value to our portfolio companies. By leveraging the talent, experience and contacts of our investor network, we open doors for our portfolio companies and provide them with invaluable strategic support.We typically invest together with other venture capital funds in financings of $5-$15 million for companies seeking growth capital to fund operations or acquisitions. Although it is not a requirement, we expect that many of our investments will be in companies that are managed by women or whose products or services target women.
