In 2007, Bernie sold the James Harvard International business to Hays PLC. Combined headcount of the APAC and European businesses stood at 300+, with a turnover of $27M. Bernie successfully completed his earn-out in December 2009 as Managing Director of Hays Japan. Post earn-out, Bernie switched gears and ploughed his experiences into creating the ultimate agency CRM, Vincere...the system he wished he had when he was building his own recruitment firm. Why?
