After the end of his board activity at VW, Dr. Pischetsrieder was active as advisor to the Board of Management of VW AG from 2007 to 2012.Since January 2013, Dr. Pischetsrieder is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Münchener Rückversicherungs-Gesellschaft, Aktiengesellschaft in Munich.Dr. Pischetsrieder is member of the Board of Directors of Tetra-Laval International S.A. Group, Switzerland.
