Bernard Dufau is a Member of the Board of Directors at Orange since June 2011. Bernard then served as Commercial Director (1983-1988) and General Operations Manager (1988-1993) for IBM France, before his promotion to the position of General Manager of Retail for IBM Europe. From 1 January 1995 to 1 April 2001, Bernard was Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of IBM France. From July 2001 to December 2005, Bernard worked as a Corporate Strategy Consultant. A Graduate of the École supérieure d’électricité, Bernard Dufau was formerly Chairman of the Amicale des ingénieurs Supélec (the Engineers’ alumni association of his university).
