The Manager’s portfolio as of June, 2021 has 13 companies, with an aggregate gross IRR of 23.4% per year since 2008.In 2016, its capital structure was strengthened through a strategic transaction with Tesalia do Brasil, an investment vehicle held by Santiago Valbuena, prior CEO of Telefonica Latam for 3 years and Global CFO of the Telefonica Group for 9 years, and Gilmar Camurra, CFO of Telefonica Vivo for 14 years.
