In addition to his role in the renewable power business, Mr. Vaughan played a key role in Brookfield’s investment activities across South America.Mr. Vaughan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University in Canada and formerly held a professional accounting designation. He currently serves on several public and private portfolio company boards.
