Mr. Zyskind is the son-in-law of Leah Karfunkel, who is a major shareholder of the Company and serves on the board of directors of AmTrust and National General Holding Corporation (“NGHC”), a holding company of the former GMAC Insurance personal lines companies. Mr. Zyskind has been a director of NGHC since 2013.
