Prior to that, he served 14 years at the EDB, including six years in the USA as the regional director of EDB's North American operations, after which he was the Group GM and executive director of Armstrong Industrial Corporation Limited - a leading precision engineering group with manufacturing interests in many Asian countries, including China, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam.Anthony currently serves on the EXCO of the EDB Society - an alumni organization of the EDB; EXCO of REITAS - REIT Association of Singapore representing the S-REIT sector; The Business Management Advisory Committee of Nanyang Polytechnic; and the School Advisory Council of Bukit Panjang Government High School in Singapore.
