In 2015 with the transaction close with Safeway, Andrew was named Executive Vice President, Human Resources, Labor Relations, Public Relations and Government Affairs.Andrew has a strong background in human resources as well as labor negotiations, Taft-Hartley fund administration, administrative agency interaction, union contract administration and related matters. He has served as a trustee on the board of trustees on a number of Taft-Hartley trust funds over the last decade and has testified before Congress on pension reform.Andrew received his Juris Doctorate cum laude from Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark Law School of Law in 1989.
