Andy Lenk is a Partner and Deputy Chief Executive Officer. He is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Based in Minneapolis, he joined the firm in 2001. Andy works closely with the Co-CEO’s in the overall management of the firm. This encompasses strategic planning, corporate development and the firm’s broader business, financial and talentmanagement activities. Andy also oversees the firm’s global Portfolio Operations team focused on value creation in Värde’s private equity investment portfolio.Andy has held a number of leadership positions during his time at Värde, including overseeing the development of Värde’s Capital Markets and Asset Management functions and managing the firm’s global Finance and Operations functions. Andy began his career at Värde in the investing teams in both the U.S. and Europe. Prior to joining Värde, Andy worked in U.S. Bancorp’s Leveraged Lending division, providing financing to private equity backed companies in connection with acquisitions and recapitalizations across a variety of industries. Andy received a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan. He is a CPA (inactive).
