Prior to Silver Lake, Alon worked in the Investment Banking Division at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he advised on the sale of MIRS Communications to Altice, sale of Zentiva to Sanofi Aventis, acquisition of Integrated Dental Holding by Merrill Lynch Private Equity, Acquisition of Arab Pharmaceutical Manufacturers by Hikma, acquisition of minority stake in Bank Leumi by Azrieli Group and the IPO of Exillon Energy on the London Stock Exchange. Alon graduated from the London School of Economics with a First Class BSc (Hons) in Economics and speaks fluent Hebrew and advanced Russian.
