Alfredo Moreno was born in Santiago, is 53 years old, is married and has four children. . Among other activities he has been a board member of Radio Cooperativa vice Italo-Latin American Institute (ILAI) and President of the Institute for European-Latin American (Irela.) Is a full member of the International Wine Academy, Association of Political Science Chile, and Honorary President of the Association of Sommeliers of Chile. has been decorated by the governments of Germany, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Croatia, Ecuador, Spain, Finland, Italy, Mexico, Panama, Peru, and Sweden.
