Mr. Moorhead has also worked in corporate finance at Banc of America Securities (San Francisco) and UBS (New York) where he executed a wide variety of transactions including capital raising and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Moorhead began his career as part of the start-up management team at Loyalty Management Group Canada (LMGC) which owns and operates the Air Miles program in Canada with household participation in excess of 75%. LMGC was acquired by Alliance Data System (ADS:NYSE) in August 1998.
