After theacquisition, he served as COO and led the Toronto office.Prior to that, Alan was co-founder and CTO of Davinci Technologies, one of the first web based bill presentment companies with a global customer base of mobile operators. Davinci was acquired by CSG Systems (now Comverse Technology) where Alan served as an Executive Director and led a global team of over 80 people based in the U.S., Canada, France, India and China.Alan started his career as a consultant with Accenture, and holds an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from Queen’s University.
