As Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of HIFN, Al repositioned the company through acquisitions and repurposing technology leading to its merger with EXAR. As a corporate, private and venture Investor, Al has and serves as a Board Member at over twelve companies were he led or advised on growth strategies, complex financing transactions, compensation issues and profitable exits, including three public offerings. Al holds a B.S. in Engineering from the Stevens Institute of Technology.
