He has played an important role in the restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, listing operations and business operations of Sinopharm Group: responsible for the listing of H-shares of Sinopharm Holding; the share reform and restructuring of Sinopharm and Sinopharm; as the investment manager of Sinopharm, responsible for nearly 20 The investment decision-making, execution, and post-investment business restructuring of the remaining investment acquisition projects.
