Part of his vast experience in the Central Asian region was gained as Deputy CEO of Finance & Economics with Kyrgyzstan-based JSC Electric Power Plants and as First Deputy CEO of JSC Kyrgyzgas during 2001-2005. Aidar graduated with honors from St. Petersburg State University, where he specialized in Operations Research in Economics.
