She moved up the ranks quickly by formulating and implementing strategic Initiatives which resulted in increased overall productivity. Elevated to the position of Business Head of Kaycee Industries, she was responsible for turning around Kaycee, within a year’s time, with a 25% yoy growth rate. She also spearheaded the CMS Broadcast Division (CMS-NVL) for 3 years and by improving the processes, turned it into a profitable division for CMS.In her current role, Aarti drives company’s business operations and strategic decisions in accelerating overall growth of CMS, ensuring the company’s position as one of the leading IT services and solutions provider.Aarti holds an MBA from University of San Francisco, USA.
