He will also work with shipping and cargo solution providers to optimize processes and decarbonise the value chain, build domain expertise in key industry verticals as well as derive strategic sustainability collaborations to extract commercial value.Alvin is also a key member of a cross-functional team within PSA that is designing a strategic roadmap to ensure its staff is future-ready to handle the increasing complexity in developing and managing a fully automated terminal.Alvin holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering respectively from NUS and The University of Newcastle, Australia. He is also a certified productivity & innovation manager, and an IES Chartered Engineer in Port Engineering.
