The National Centre for Research and Development is the implementing agency of the Minister of Science and Higher Education. Assigned by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education the function of the Mediation Institution in three operational programmes: Human Capital, Innovative Economy and Infrastructure and Environment, the Centre became one of the greatest innovation centres in Poland.
The activity of the Centre is funded by the national treasury and the European Union.
